  • For exchange student without a formal NCKU ID only.

Application

  • Exchange students without a formal NCKU ID could provide the proved document by his/her department, along with the NCKU Library Card Request Form for Exchange Student, one recent photo, and one copy of personal passport to the Circulation Desk.
  • Lost or damage, please provide one copy of personal passport, one recent photo and NT$200 processing fee for replacement.

Important Notes

  • It is necessary for the applicant to provide all required information in advance for application.
  • The Card is for personal use only. All the library privileges would be suspended for one month if lend to other person.
  • Scan the library card barcode to enter.
