General public, at 16 and over.
Application
  • Applicants should complete application form and provide the personal ID, driver license, student ID, or health card along with one recent photo to the Circulation Desk personally. The fee includes a NT$2000 annual membership fee and a NT$3000 of deposit. Deposit fee could be returned after the expired date by a clean record.
  • Provide personal ID along with a recent photo to the Circulation Desk when lost or damage the library card. A NT$200 fee will be charged.
  • To terminate the membership, please bring the deposit receipt to the Circulation Desk. Deposit will not be returned if users do not pay the fine and overdue fee. Users who terminate the membership before the expired date are not allowed to ask the library to return annual fee.

  • Users should sign their names to enter the library.
  • Users are not allowed to bring in personal belongings (books, backpacks, etc.).
  • Users are not allowed to enter the Study Hall.
