Since 2024, National Cheng Kung University has participated in Rockefeller University Press's Read-and-Publish (R&P) program, which offers free Article Processing Charge (APC) with no limit on the number of submissions.

Eligibility for APC Discounts

1. The primary corresponding author must be affiliated with the National Cheng Kung University, and the author must publish under this affiliation.
2. The article must be accepted between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
3. Authors who publish in RUP journals always retain copyright ownership or have the ability to set the copyright owner as their institutions when required.
