Reserve Services
Only for patrons who have the privileges.
Be sure that items you need had been checked out, then you can make the reservations.
When the item is returned, an email notice will be send to you by library systems. Items will be held within 7 days to let patrons to pick up at the Circulation Desk.
Failure to collect the reserved items within 7 days, patrons will be canceled his/her right to claim them.
Reserve limits are as follows:
Full time faculty and doctors: 15 volumes.
Part time faculty and doctors: 10 volumes.
Graduate students: 10 volumes.
College students: 10 volumes.
Staff: 10 volumes.
Retiree: 5 volumes.
Alumni, One-year Library Card Members, Students of Credit Classes, Students of Promote Education Classes, Non-degree Students: 2 volumes.
Important Notes:
Please view your records’ Reserve status to know when the reserved materials could be checked out at Circulation Desk personally in time.
Failure to check out what have been reserved materials up to 5 volumes, patrons will be suspended the borrowing right for 30 days.
