Patron who needs the Library to make copies of journal articles held at the NCKU Library for you can submit your request through the NDDS (Nationwide Document Delivery Service).

Current NCKU faculty, students and staff.

How to Apply

Please check our online Library Catalog first to make sure the item is held at the NCKU Library.
Send your copy request through the NDDS（Nationwide Document Delivery Service）. First time users should register before using the system. You will be notified by email within 2 working days for the approval to login the system.
Please fill in the Domestic Library Photocopy Journal Article Form, and choose National Cheng Kung University Library or National Cheng Kung University Medical Library as lender.
We will notify you by email when the item is available for you to pick up.

Note

Service only available for the journals held at the NCKU Library.
Restrictions: According to Article 48 of the Copyright Act, this service is provided solely for the purpose of research and private study. Only a single article from a periodical can be reproduced and the copy is limited to one copy per person. Anything not specified here regarding to this service will be subject to the governance of Article 65 of the Copyright Act. (Please refer to the webpage of the Propagation of Intellectual Property Rights Compliance)
Charges: NT$3 per page for A4 size; NT$6 per page for A3 size
Turnaround time: 1-2 days.
