Users always can look for more information at the reference desk, which is located on the first floor near by the entrance. The reference librarians will assist the users from indicating location of materials to giving tutorials on finding information via various databases. In addition to the reference desk, the service desk is also available on each floor for providing assistance. The requests will also be responded to the users through telephone, email or letter.

The Reference Service hours are the same as library hours

Librarians do not assist readers/students with the followings : school assignments, puzzle solvings, medical consultation, legal services and consultance regarding financial issues.
