Resources types

Chinese/Foreign Reference Resources：
The library holds approximately 60,000 titles of various reference resources , such as dictionaries、encyclopedias、bibliographies、abstracts & indexes、almanacs、directories, in difference languages mainly Chinese, English and Japanese. Those reference titles could be retrieved via library online catalog and located by the locations and call numbers indicated by the catalog.
Map Collections：
Map Collections include atlases、maps、oversize reference resources, and Taiwan orthophotomaps、topographic charts. Please search the library online catalog to find out call numbers of the materials your need, and then follow the numbers to obtain the materials. Besides, if confidential or old vision maps are needed, please contact Collection Management and Circulation Services Division on the first floor.
Special Reference Resources：
NCKU Entrance Exams are provided in this area.

Reference Materials – Borrow & Return

All Reference Resources can be found on WebPac except Special Reference Resources.
NCKU faculties and students could check out reference materials. *Overdue fine: NT$5/per
Special Reference Resources is for library use only.
According to the“Library Guidelines for Yearbooks Services” the way of use shall not perform with any reproduction behavior. For special occasions, please fill in 【Application】 and contact Collection Management and Circulation Services Division at 9:30~17:00 from Monday to Friday.
