NDDS（Nationwide Document Delivery Service）

• First time users should register before using the system. We will notify you by email within 2 working days for the approval to login the system.
• Please check our online Library Catalog and E-Rescources Gatway first to see that the item is not held or unavailable from the Library.
• Check the MetaCat + intergrated inter-library system or NBINET (National Bibliographic Information Network), and select the libraries which held the required item.
• Fill in the request form and send it online. If the required item is not held by any libraries in Taiwan, you may place ILL requests to overseas libraries.
• We will notify you by email when the item has been received, and it will be kept in the library you selected（Main Library or Medical Library）for you to pick up.
• Return the book by due date.

• National ILL：3-7 days.
• International ILL：10-30 days, depending on each library’s working schedule.

• National libraries: subject to the loan periods set by the lending libraries, mostly within 3 weeks (including delivery time). Renewals not available.
• International libraries: subject to the loan period set by the lending libraries.Renewals possible.
