- External patrons aged 16 and above may gain access to the Library. Please present a valid identification document (such as a National ID card, Driver's License, Student ID, or Passport) at the counter to exchange for an Admission Pass for on-site access to the library collections. External patrons are NOT permitted to bring personal books or backpacks into the Library for self-study purposes. Personal books and backpacks must be stored in the Library's designated lockers before entering the reading areas (laptop computers are exempt). Upon leaving the Library, please return the Admission Pass to retrieve your original identification document. For complete details, please refer to the National Cheng Kung University Library Policy for Using Library.
