Available Materials

  • The Library provides access to Archived Yearbooks and Directories published by the University.
  • Yearbooks from previous graduating classes, alumni directories (contact lists), and digital media carriers (e.g., CDs/DVDs) are NOT available for viewing or loan.

Access Methods and Eligibility

  • Individual Application: Current and retired faculty/staff, enrolled students, and alumni of this university may apply for material retrieval upon presentation of the following required documents.
  • Current faculty, staff, retired faculty/staff, and enrolled students must present their valid Faculty/Staff ID, retirement documentation, or Student ID, respectively.
  • Alumni must present their Alumni ID card or other documentation sufficient to verify alumni status.
  • Official Institutional Request: This application is strictly limited to official duties required by university units. The application form must be signed by the Unit Head and affixed with the Official Unit Seal/Chop.

Service Hours and Retrieval Location

  • Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Application & Retrieval: Please apply for material retrieval at the Circulation Desk of the Main Library.
  • Viewing: After the application is reviewed and approved, materials must be viewed within the designated area inside the Library.
