Retired Staff Library Card Application

Service for

  • For retiree of NCKU only.

Application

  • Please bring a complete Request Form along with your retirement certificate, and one photo personally to the Circulation Desk to apply the library card.
  • Lost or damage, please provide your personal ID, one photo and NT$ 200 processing fee to the Circulation Desk for replacement.

Important Notes

  • It is necessary for the applicant to provide all required information in advance for application.
  • Retiree Library Card of NCKU for personal use only. Lending it to another person will be suspended all of the library privileges for one month.
  • Scan the barcode of the Retiree Library Card in order to enter the library.
