Service for

  • For University Full-time Staff / Contract Staff / Project Staff / Hospital Staff.

Application

  • Staff members who have been registered in relevant personnel systems of Personnel Office do not need to apply for a library card, as your NCKU staff ID functions as a library card. It gives you full access to all libraries.
  • Staff members who have not been registered in relevant personnel systems of Personnel Office may apply for a library card at the Circulation Desk with the University employment certificate, guaranty of books return issued by employment unit and one recent photo.
  • Hospital employees please contact the Kun-Yen Medical Library.

Important Notes

  • NCKU ID / Library cards are issued for personal use only. Lending a library card to others may result in suspension of borrowing rights according to NCKU Library Rules for Reader Violations.
