Application
- Apply with the valid NCKU Hospital ID, and the completed guaranty at the Medical Library Circulation Desk.
Important Notes
- Expire date is as same as the contract valid date. For extension, please provide the new employment document at the Medical Library Circulation Desk.
- NCKU Hospital ID for personal use only. Lending it to another person will be suspended all the library privileges for one month.
