- Since 2024, National Cheng Kung University has participated in Rockefeller University Press's Read-and-Publish (R&P) program, which offers free Article Processing Charge (APC) with no limit on the number of submissions.
Eligibility for APC Discounts
- The primary corresponding author must be affiliated with the National Cheng Kung University, and the author must publish under this affiliation.
- The article must be accepted between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
- Authors who publish in RUP journals always retain copyright ownership or have the ability to set the copyright owner as their institutions when required.
