【Trial】Research Carrels Now Available for Same-Day, In-Person Reservations by Undergraduate Students
To provide greater flexibility and improve access to research rooms, undergraduate students may now make same-day reservations in person at Counter No. 1 on the 1st floor of the Main Library. In addition to the two rooms reserved daily for same-day use, other research rooms with available time slots may also be reserved by undergraduate students on the same day.
Please note:
- Each reservation is limited to 4 hours. Once that slot has been used, students may book again, subject to availability. All reservations are valid for the same day only.
- During peak periods immediately after opening, students may be asked to take a number ticket and wait for their turn. At other times, reservations are handled on a walk-in basis.
- Please present your own student ID or valid identification. Reservations may not be made on behalf of another person.
- After making a reservation, please check in by scanning the QR code at the research room within 20 minutes of the reserved start time. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
