Submitting before Aug. 30→You may complete the graduation procedure before Sep. 6, the deadline for the 2nd (spring) semester of the 2023-2024 academic year for leaving school for graduate-students(according to the latest notice issued by Registrar Division). 2. Submitting after Aug. 31→If you do not complete the graduation procedure before Sep. 6, there will be "Registration fee (the 1st (fall) semester of the AC2024-2025)" issues (contact the Registrar Division 06-2757575#50120 for more info.). 3. Do spare some time (at least 1 week) in case the submission-reject situation. (According to our statistics, the submission may be rejected for 3 times, or even up to 7-8 times. And every submission, you queue up AGAIN.) Keep alert on the deadline, Sep. 6, for the 2nd (spring) semester of the 2023-2024 academic year for leaving school for graduate-students Related Announcements 1. In order to spare sufficient time for library to review all the submissions and for graduate-students to go through the Graduation Procedures smoothly, it is recommended to complete the submission before Aug. 30, 2024. 2. (Personal data protection) For your E. thesis/dissertation, please redact any personal information that appears in the main text or appendices, such as interviewee names, personal email addresses, phone numbers, residential addresses, ID numbers, birthdates, etc. 3. (Authorization) To enhance the academic impact and international visibility of students and our beloved school (NCKU), it is encouraged to set E. thesis/dissertation to release immediately. 4. (Patent application) If you intend to use your thesis/dissertation as a cited references for patent-application, please consult with your advisor during the thesis-uploading stage to properly set the authorization items. Additionally, consult with your department about delaying the public-release of the bound-copy to the National Central Library(NCL).
