For NCKU faculty, students and staff only. For using the Group Viewing Room, there should be at least 3 people

 

Open Hours

---

Monday～Friday 9:30～21:00
Saturday～Sunday 13:00～21:00
Hours for the winter / summer break will be announced during the term.
The Media Center is not available on library closed days.

 

Application

---

1. Reservation for up to 4 bookings can be made. When not reserved, the Auditorium is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please come to Media Center to make an application or fill out the request form for reservation.
    
2. It is strongly suggested to check the bulletin online first before you reserve the group viewing room.
    
3. It is restricted to use the group viewing room for 4 hours at one time.

 

Equipment

• 3 rooms; each room can accommodate 3-15 people.
• 50 " Plasma TV.
• Videocassette players (VHS).
• DVD players.

 

Notes

---

1. The group viewing room is for supporting NCKU curriculum, which requires viewing materials in the Media Center collection. It is not used for presentation or discussion sessions.
    
2. Users should show up at the scheduled time and only will be 20 minutes of holding. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t show up at the scheduled time. The reservation can then be cancelled.
    
3. For using the room it requires at least 3 users to show up at the scheduled time. If less than 3 people show up, they will be assigned to a regular viewing booth.
    
4. If the damage is caused because of the improper use, the liability to pay compensation is required.
