NCKU Faculty, Students, and Staff

Media Center collections and equipment may be used by currently enrolled NCKU students, faculty, and staff. Use of the Center requires a current faculty, student, or staff identification card.

 

Alumni, Family dependants, and Volunteers on the NCKU Campus

Alumni and family dependants who have NCKU Library card could also use the facilities and collection in the center without paying any extra fee.

 

NCKU Extension, Library member, and General public

---

For NCKU library member, extension courses student, or walk-in user, have limited privileges for using the materials and facilities. The services may be on a fee base.

 

Users Privileges

• Materials in Media Center are primarily for on-site use except for teaching purpose. The users need to keep their personal belongings in the lockers and then scan their current NCKU identification card or valid library card to enter.

• The users have to view or listen to the materials at the designated viewing booth.

Points of Attention

• Food and drink are generally not allowed in the Library, including Media Center. Meanwhile, personal audio/visual materials are not allowed to be taken in.

• Unauthorized download and copy are FORBIDDEN.

• Removing any items from the center without proper procedure is PROHIBITED.

• If the damage is caused because of the improper use, the liability to pay compensation is required.
