Since 23rd September 2023, construction has been initiated for all gender restroom on the 1st floor of the library. The staircase to the 2nd floor at the east side of the building has been closed
with fire door to divide the construction area and minimize noise pollution, dust interference, and safety of the users. The construction has now been completed.

Following suit are the renovation work for the 1st floor rear space of library in which flooring installation work is expected to start from 27th to 29th December 2023 and from 5th to 10th January 2024 while carpentry work starts from 10th to 25th January 2024. The 1st floor self-service area is equipped with earplugs that users can avail if needed. We also suggest readers consider
relocating to higher floors or utilizing the Medical Library, KnowLEDGE, or Atelier Future during this period.
