Construction Notice: Partial Area Closure on August 7 (Fri.), 8:00–14:00 (Closure of 1F East Entrance and Nearby Areas on 1F, B1, and 3F)
To facilitate the Skylight Replacement Project on the library rooftop, skylight cover lifting operations will be conducted on Friday, August 7, 2026. To ensure the safety of all patrons, partial area restrictions will be implemented during the construction period. Details are as follows:
- Construction Period: Friday, August 7, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Areas will reopen earlier if the work is completed ahead of schedule).
- Restricted Areas:
- 1F: East Entrance closed; East Side and adjacent areas closed.
- B1: East Side and adjacent areas closed.
- 3F: Reading area under the East Side skylight closed.
- Important Reminders:
- Access: The 1F East Entrance will be inaccessible. Please use other available entrances and follow the directed routes.
- Safety: Warning tapes will be installed around the work zones. For your safety, please stay away from the construction areas.
- Bicycles: Do not park bicycles in the restricted zones. Any bicycles obstructing the construction will be moved to a nearby location.
