For unregistered graduate students or graduate students on leave of absence of NCKU.

Application
  • New graduate students can apply for a Temporary Library Card before registration will a filled up Graduate Student Temporary Library Card Application Form, notice of admission, personal ID and one photo to the Circulation Desk.
  • Graduate students on leave of absence can apply for a Temporary Library Card with a filled up Graduate Student on Leave of Absence Temporary Library Card Application Form, NCKU student ID card, petition for Leave of Absence and one photo to the Circulation Desk.
  • Unless patrons could have instructor of the department director to be his/her guarantor, then patrons should pay a NT$3000 deposit to apply the temporary library card. Patrons could have the deposit back after been registered and return all borrowed books with the temporary library card.
  • Lost or damage, please provide your ID, one photo and NT$200 processing fee to the Circulation Desk for replacement.
Important Notes
  • It is necessary for the applicant to provide all required information in advance for application.
  • Temporary Library Card of NCKU for personal use only. Lending it to another person will be suspended the library privileges for one month.
  • Scan the barcode of the temporary library card in order to entering the library.
  • The borrowing privileges for graduate students/ graduate students on leave of absence temporary card holders with guarantors are:
