Application

Please bring a complete Request Form along with your retirement certificate, and one photo personally to the Circulation Desk to apply the library card.
Lost or damage, please provide your personal ID, one photo and NT$ 200 processing fee to the Circulation Desk for replacement.

Important Notes

It is necessary for the applicant to provide all required information in advance for application.
Retiree Library Card of NCKU for personal use only. Lending it to another person will be suspended all of the library privileges for one month.
Scan the barcode of the Retiree Library Card in order to enter the library.
