Placing Media Center Materials on Course
Reserve
- All Media Center materials may be placed on reserve for scheduled
courses by requests from NCKU faculty. The request
form needs to be sent or email
to the library before the semester starts.
- The materials may be shelved in designated location; they
are available in house on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only NCKU faculty or instructors may check out the materials
placed on course reserve for one-day loan use.
Placing Personal Copy Materials on Course
Reserve
- Instructors may place personal copies of legally-acquired
materials on short-term course reserve in the Media Center.
Media Center will not accept materials recorded off the air,
or illegally copied or compiled tapes, without the written permission
of the copyright holder.
- In order to better keep track of course reserve materials,
library staff will put barcode labels on personal copy materials
deposited with Media Center for course reserves.
Students Using Records
The Media Center will provide the students using records to instructors
at the end of semester.
